1. Applicable Conditions
According to the terms and conditions stipulated in this “Return and Refund Policy” to ensure the rights of customers by allowing requests for product and service returns and refund requests if Erika Retouch does not provide the service as committed and customers need to comply with the return conditions.
2. Return conditions.
Customers contact and agree to return and refund requests in the following cases:
– Customers have paid but did not receive the product or service, or did not receive all the ordered products or services.
– The service provided to the customer is not as requested and Erika Retouch has repaired but did not do it correctly. (All jobs will have a maximum of 3 adjustments, including adjusting to correct errors left during the editing process or additional requests within the scope of services that the customer paid for).
3. How to cancel an order and refund time.
